Team Initiative - Team ToggleYour team task is to assemble a set of wooden dowels into a specific pattern given to you by your facilitator. This initiative is about planning, communication, trial and error and strategy. |

Team Initiative - The MeuseYour team task is to utilize your resources (4 - 8 foot 4X4's) and navigate through a maze of cinderblocks spread out over an enormous area and reach the other portions of your team without touching the ground. This initiative takes a considerable amount of planning, communication, teamwork, and flexibility to succeed.

Team Initiative - LevitationYour team task is to support all individuals who choose to be lifted above the heads of everyone in the group. This initiative is about stepping outside your comfort zone and trying something new while being supported by everyone in the group. |

Team Initiative - Trust FallYour team task is to follow instructions to form a zipper of human hands and support the team mates who choose to fall off the 5 foot platform into the hands of your team. This initiative is about communication, support, accountability, and leadership. |

Team Initiative - The BeamYour team task is to cooperate and support each participant in the choices they make during the event. Each person will have the opportunity to climb up a ladder to the top of the pole and cross a telephone pole suspended 30 feet above the ground. Participants climbing are secured by a full body harness and two rope systems operated by your team members. There are many different ways to participate during high ropes course events. You do not have to climb to enjoy the action. |

Team Initiative - Passion PoleYour team task is to cooperate and support each participant in the choices they make during each event. Each person has the opportunity to climb up a ladder to the top of the pole, stand on the pole, rotate 180 degrees and jump for a trapeze. Participants are secured with a full body harness and two ropes systems operated by your team members. There are many different ways to participant during high ropes course events. You do not have to climb to enjoy the action! |
