Corporate Adventures has three types of Services. Relationship Development, Performance Improvement, and
Operational Consulting. Determining where your company needs help is the critical first step in identifying if Corporate Adventures can help you. The three types of services are listed below. Relationship Development focuses on personal awareness and group interaction. Team activities are facilitated utilizing interactive, exciting, and powerful adult learning methods. This is great for groups that are in the process of changing focus, newly forming, or celebrating a success. Performance Improvement focuses on skill development. Business models are integrated into the training curriculum to build a common language for improved performance. Powerpoints, participant manuals, behavioral profiles, and books are utilized to create a common language among employees. We help employees change behaviors to meet the ever increasing demands of today’s workplace. Operational Consulting requires partnering with your leadership team to comprehensively clarify and address long term issues of culture, continuous improvement, and sustainable best practices. Needs interviews, custom curriculum, follow ups, and coaching are used to ensure the trainings success. Together our focus will be on developing measurable systems that accelerate business success and profitability.

Clients expect significant returns from Corporate Adventures investment services. The first goal is to clarify the organizational need and mutually agree on a pathway that will lead to a 200% return on investments. Internal and external follow up programs are often the key to realizing training investment returns. Managers and employees must change behaviors to experience different results. One thing is certain, you can expect the same results if you exhibit the same behaviors. Simply stated, your return on investment is entirely dependent upon your manager’s ability to facilitate changes in employee behavior. Our clients have reported returns on training investments coming from one or more of the area below: Improved Productivity Fewer employees doing more Improved innovation Higher quality output
Better Employee Retention Attract more talented prospects Keep more talented employees Terminate low performers
Increased Profitability Improved sales hit ratios Retain more customers Decrease wasted resources

| We encourage clients to measure the effectiveness of our training programs. This can be done by estimating the costs associated with the metrics listed above, measuring changes, and then estimating returns. For example, losing and hiring one manager may have a total cost of $10,000. So if you retain 80% of your managers annually (i.e. 8 out of 10), losing 2 would cost $20,000/annually in management rehires. If Corporate Adventures could help you increase retention to 90% you would save $10,000. Therefore, spending $3,300 on management training would yield a 200% return on your investment. | |
