Chameleons – Secrets to Success

Advanced as we may be, it turns out that even the noble chameleon can teach us a lesson about succeeding in life with less stress. In this workshop, participants will learn the value of adapting their behavior when dealing with people who seem to be wired very differently from ourselves. Based on the DiSC® behavioral profile system, participants will learn about four types of people that hold different and often conflicting perceptions of the world around them. Built upon the principal that peoples preferences rarely change; participants will discover that they have a choice. They can either adapt like the chameleon, or wait in frustration for others to change.

The Leadership Challenge

Some people think that leaders are born, a miraculous gift from God. However, research shows that leadership is a set of behaviors that anyone can learn. Anyone willing and committed to performing the right set of leadership behaviors can find success. Leaders can practice these skills to maximize their ability to transform organizational visions into an organization reality. The Leadership Challenge® series will equip your leaders with the knowledge it takes to become world class leaders!

Successful Sailing on Melting Icebergs

Imagining for a moment that you could sail an iceberg, it would be foolish and dangerous to ignore the fact that your ship (iceberg) is melting. Planning for the inevitable move to a new beginning (iceberg) would seem natural. Unfortunately we all share tendencies that cause us to deny the reality of constant change. Based on a structured three-stage process developed by William Bridges, Ph.D., this workshop integrates insights that help people find an efficient path through transitions. Planning for change before you’re knee deep is a basic skill shared by those we consider to be lucky and successful. This workshop is for anyone who desires to have less stress, greater luck, and spend more time on what they value most.
