The Instrument: Five Dysfunctions of Team AssessmentThe 5 Dysfunctions Team Assessment is based on Patrick Lencioni's book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Patricks book has been recognized as a top selling book by The New York Times, Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, and Amazon.com. The team assessment is comprised of 38 online questions that evaluate your team against the Five Dysfunctions. Upon completion, you will receive a detailed report of your team's strengths and weaknesses as well as recommendations for higher team performance.Your entire team will complete the assessment online and a tabulated results report will be compiled for your review. From this report your team will develop a long term action plan for improved performance.
